The numbers on that scale are still dropping - down to 390 this week, over halfway to my goal of losing 100 pounds by December of this year!
March 22nd sit-down

Weigh-In March 13th
Down below 400!
This is a massive milestone for my goal of losing 100 pounds in 10 months. This is just about the halfway point for pounds lost, 6 weeks into my challenge with just over 8 months to go. I got this!
Weigh-In March 6th
Down 40 pounds from the start! I made up for a weight gain the week prior by losing that gain and some extra in the past week.
Weigh-In February 27th
It was great to take my family on vacation, but not so great for my weight loss plan. One pound gained. I’ll have to work harder to make up for that.
February 15th sit-down
Bryan and I discuss week two and the victories & struggles so far. We went to the gym for the first time since starting this challenge, and I discuss some of the health problems my weight has caused me.
