Weigh-In March 6th
I didn’t have a great week the week prior, actually gaining some weight, but I lost that gain and then some this past week.
I’m now at 405lbs, down 40 pounds from the start just over a month ago, and getting closer to my goal of 350lbs by December 1st!
I’ll be sitting down with Brian this week to discuss these challenges and what I did to turn it around - stay tuned!
