Weigh-In February 27th

Not a great week, one month into this challenge to lose 100 pounds by the end of the year.

I gained about one pound - not a huge gain, but it's not any lost weight.

Taking my family on a much-needed vacation was great, but diet and exercise were tough. And it showed.
