This is it, folks! This is the final (regular) video for my 2023 weight loss challenge.
I'd still like to continue to lose more weight next year and hope to have some periodic video updates for you.

We're approaching the halfway point in my weight loss challenge - as far as the calendar is concerned - but well over halfway to my goal! Should we keep going past my goal? How can I keep the momentum going once this challenge is over? Bryan and I discuss some obstacles to forming these habits in this video and some strategies for engraining those habits into my lifestyle.

It's been a hot minute since Bryan and I discussed my weight loss journey. So far, it's been going well! I feel great, have had some significant mindset shifts, and, according to many people, look thinner!

It was a rough two weeks on my road to lose 100 pounds this year. Work trips are always the worst - and I have a lot of them this year!

Continuing with that good trend, down into the 370s now! I can't believe I started at 445 just three months ago, now just 20 pounds away from my goal. Looks like I might have to keep going :)
April 26th sit-down
A lot of people don't recognize/don't share some of the physical ailments that come with being overweight - like split, bleeding heels because skin isn't designed to hold that much pressure. These are some of the things that Bryan and I discuss in this video.
We also talk about some of the reasons why Americans are more prone to these problems than the rest of the world, Europe in particular. What is it about our food in America that leads us to obesity?

After a few weeks of stagnation, I'm back to dropping the pounds! Six more pounds lost from the last week, down to 382. 350, here I come!
